How to debug a PCIe device when it is not detected by the system

PCIe Device links as expected (L0 in x8-Gen4) but is not detected by the system

INSPECTOR is a hardware and software platform that transparently connects your PCIe device (DUT) to a Host system of your choice, enhancing the capabilities of the host system to allow advanced diagnostics, test, and debug of the DUT’s PCIe link and interface. Inspector hardware is an interposer card that sits between the DUT and the Host system, and connected remotely to a computer running Inspector management software. Inspector supports PCIe 4.0 devices at full Gen4 16GT/s speed, regardless of the PCIe capability of the Host system

So interesting, can't wait to see other debug cases with Inspector.
